Hi everyone, need some quick advice. I am currently working at a very small CPA firm, with only me, another employee, and the CPA (my boss). I have an interview tomorrow at another CPA firm, bicoastal offices (New York and LA) with about 25-50 employees doing business management including Tax Planning and Financial Planning for high net worth individuals. If I get this job, it would definitely be a step up from where I am, but this wasn't part of my plan. I wanted to work for either the Big 4 or a Regional CPA firm to start my CPA career. The recuriter that helped me get this interview said many of the larger firms are looking for more experienced people right before the busy season (my experience in accounting is only 1.5 years). I'm in a conundrum, should I hold out and interview with the firms I envisioned myself working or should I stop day dreaming and interview with them?
