SUKCES on "ILLINOIS CPA LICENSE"

Hi everyone,
I just passed all four parts what makes me happy as never ;-)))). Im in Illinois to and I have hard time finding info about getting CPA License. I know that I have to wait for certification number from IBOE and then I can apply to IDFPR for licence but:
1) work experience section: what kind of experience do they look for?
2) Is this experience can be obtained prior to the application, while sitting for the exam or after all four parts of the exam has been passed????
3) who need to verified your one year experience? Is it true that experience must be verified and gained under another active CPA?
I have tried to call IBOE but its impossible to get somebody on the phone. Im thinking about visiting the office myself but maybe somebody will know how it works????
