Just curious about everyone's thoughts. I've been reading posts on here, wanted to ask a question to get some insight.
I've been studying for REG for the past couple months. I'm almost done with all of the CPAExcel course work, and then final review after that. My plan was to take it toward the end of May. However, I underestimated the amount of time it would take to get approved to sit for the exams. I just graduated and everything is finally in the Cali CPA Board, where it is going to move at a glacial pace. I am sure I won't be able to get my NTS by May unfortunately. As you know, June is an off month so I will have to wait until July to take it. I don't want to waste time this summer as I'm trying to pass as much of the CPA exams as possible before I start at one of the Big 4.
So with this, I'm considering studying for BEC during May, as well as reviewing to try to stay fresh with REG. And then taking both REG and BEC fairly close together during the first half of July.
Does anyone have any insight, experiences they'd like to share as far as studying for two sections simultaneously and taking both REG and BEC close together?
