I'm using 2012 Becker materials and noticed there was an update to the 2013 materials regarding the IRS Tax Return Preparer Program. Can someone paste what they see in R4-45 10.D in their 2013 REG textbook. The 2012 text is different from their update, so I want to make sure I study the right info.
