Hello, this is my first post on the forum, and I am having some difficulty trying to long-range plan my tests.
I am currently studying for FAR, which will be my first section of the Exam. I am scheduled to take the test on August 24 and receive my score around September 10. I would like to pass that one before moving on to the next section. I got my NTS for FAR & AUD and it expires in 9 months.
My question is this: how do you hedge your studying while waiting for results? If I pass FAR, I would like to move on to AUD, but if I don't pass FAR, then I will reschedule until I pass, but that is valuable time I could either be studying for a retake, or moving on to AUD. If I pass FAR the first time, then I would like to devote a solid 6-8 weeks to AUD, which would put me taking the test in mid-late November, and then If I don't pass AUD, then I would have to wait until January to retake.
Just wondering how others have handled the limbo period and if you ever started studying for another section before getting scores and then having to go back and restudy the first section. I would like to do it station by station, just seeing what other methods have worked.
Thanks!
