yomomma on "2013 REG : For Medical Exp use 10% or 7.5% of AGI?"

I've read in blogs here that we use 10% of AGI(not 7.5%) to calculate Medical Expense Deductions in the exam for 2013.
If that is true, we don't need to add back the excess of 2.5% that goes into Adjustments in AMT?
