RockMeRock on "Looking to hire a CPA to complete my experience affidavit"

I realize that most people here are still non-CPAs like myself, but I'm hoping someone here can help me or introduce me to someone who can.
Here is my situation: I have only one more section of the CPA test to complete and I want to apply for my license right away after I get my last score. I have my experience requirements already complete through my previous company. The problem I have is that the company did not have a CPA on staff and I don't really know any CPAs who can sign my affidavit. Also, I live abroad so there are very few US CPAs near me. I need a CPA who has had their license for 5 years or more. Preferably a Washington State CPA but not absolutely required.

I'm willing to pay for the person's time of course.

Note: My licensing State is Washington. The Washington Board of Accountancy has said that it IS ok to pay a fee to have someone complete an experience affidavit, so please don't get confused and think this is some kind of ethics violation I'm asking for. Also every State has different rules, and in Washington the verifying CPA does NOT have to be a supervisor; the person CAN be someone you have never worked under or with. The Board has also said through its website that the verifying CPA does NOT have liability for future actions of the person they are signing for. (If you think about it, this makes a lot of sense because if the signer did have legal liability, then nobody would be willing to risk sign the affidavit. The whole system would break.)
