Just thought I'd share this story because maybe some of you might be able to relate.
A year ago I started talking to this girl from my last job. Got her number, start talking a lot, flirting etc. I could tell she was into. Well we had a falling out, nothing really happened, we decided to just be friends. We chatted every once and a while. It became less frequent because I was busy with this pos test and she started two jobs. Then a few months ago, she cut me off out of nowhere. I got a little pushy demanding to know why she isn't talking to me anymore. A little over a week ago I asked her why she was mad, etc. She responded and gave me the whole "im busy and don't feel like talking a lot". So I told it's fine if she doesn't want to be friends anymore, etc.
Then this happened.
Yesterday, I decided to make a twitter account. During the setup they make you follow accounts. So I follow a few off the top of my head. They want five more. I figure I should search her. Sure enough, she has one, and its recent too, and she also has a couple tweets that I feel might be relevent to me. They said something along the lines of
"a girl can't talk to a guy without him thinking she's leading him on"
and shortly after the conversation we had
"i think i finally got rid of my stalker!"
So yeah, worrying about this test has really wrecked my social skills. I was being a stalker and didn't even realize it.
